AKUNUR 3.1.0-alpha.11 VALIDATION REPORT

Scope
-----
Alpha.11 is a narrow Tactical tuning build. No authoritative rules or move
legality are changed. It adds escalating deadlock escape, short-term cycle
avoidance after a break, and deadlock escape for a stalled aligned/final Still
Point route.

Focused alpha.11 validation
---------------------------
PASS fresh post-qualification plan does not trigger a deadlock break
PASS sustained stagnant corner plan can select a first deadlock break
PASS stale corner target can reset after the break
PASS urgent two-corner leader pressure suppresses ordinary deadlock breaking
PASS a second unresolved episode increments deadlock escalation
PASS escape-window relation memory redirects ordinary Tactical play
PASS aligned decisive Still Point route may deadlock-break/reselect
PASS meaningful objective progress clears active escalation/escape memory
PASS Deadlock breaks and Deadlock escalations metrics synchronise

Inherited focused regressions
-----------------------------
PASS alpha.7 Still Point route planner
PASS alpha.8 corner strategy
PASS alpha.9 multiplayer awareness
PASS three-player AI and manual/rules coverage
PASS reserve lifecycle
PASS result and analysis regressions
PASS deterministic seed and symmetry regressions
PASS replay/resume agent-memory restoration
PASS browser module smoke test
PASS two-player Tactical regression
PASS two-player Strategic regression

Performance sanity
------------------
A 90-decision seeded three-player Tactical run completed in approximately the
same time as alpha.10 on the same local runtime. Alpha.11 deadlock evaluation
continues to reuse the already-scored Tactical candidate set and does not add a
second game-tree search.

Browser validation target
-------------------------
The important remaining evidence is behavioural rather than rule correctness:
clean wins should generally show Deadlock breaks = 0; genuinely stagnant games
should show occasional breaks; and, when an earlier break fails, Deadlock
escalations should become non-zero and create visibly larger structural change.
An aligned player that cannot reopen the final Still Point route should no
longer be permanently outside the deadlock mechanism.
