AKUNUR BOARD DESIGN NOTES — SIDE LABEL GUIDE BUILD

This build keeps the successful alternating ring shading and simplifies the
sector guidance further.

What is retained
- Alternating ring shading as the primary board cue.
- Six divider rays from the Still Point towards the six corner directions.
- Element names remain associated with the six long board sides.

What is removed
- The faint triangular sector shading has been removed to reduce clutter.
- Previous label line graphics and badges have been removed.

New label treatment
- Each side now carries a larger, faint label in the form:
  SYMBOL + NAME
  e.g. "△ FIRE"
- Labels are rotated to run along the corresponding long edge.

Mental rule under test
- Use the corner-to-centre guide lines to orient.
- Count from the nearest guide line to the chosen cell.
- Find the opposite triangular side and keep the same offset.

This version adopts the 30° clockwise rotated presentation as the default board orientation, alongside the side-label and guide-line design.

Corner cells now use elemental glyphs as well, so the corner identity is visually aligned with the long-edge sector labels while token rings continue to indicate whether the corner token is still available.
