AKUNUR 2.10.0 UI TEST CHECKLIST

Startup
[ ] Header shows v2.10.0 Echo Pieces and standard opening.
[ ] A new game opens directly in Movement phase.
[ ] The board shows 12 White and 12 Black stones in opposing symmetric formations.
[ ] White is shown as the first player to move.
[ ] Opening status shows Standard.

Starting-position setting
[ ] Game settings offers Standard opening (recommended) and Free placement (advanced).
[ ] Changing the option states that it applies to the next new game/reset.
[ ] Reset with Free placement produces an empty board, Placement phase and 12 stones in each reserve.
[ ] Reset after returning to Standard restores the fixed formation.

Echo Piece reward
[ ] First-time corner claim shows a forced Echo Piece placement.
[ ] Valid placement cells are shown in the normal rings 2-4 area.
[ ] The placed piece has the player's white/black body plus a red ring and red centre.
[ ] White/Black Echo Piece counters update.
[ ] The log names the Echo Piece reward and placement.

Echo Point movement
[ ] Selecting an Echo Piece shows its ordinary legal moves.
[ ] When its Echo Point is empty, a red dashed line crosses the Still Point to that destination.
[ ] The Echo Point has a red dashed destination marker, distinct from green ordinary moves.
[ ] Clicking the Echo Point completes the jump and preserves the red Echo Piece marking.
[ ] No Echo Point jump appears when the destination is occupied.

Existing UI regression checks
[ ] Clicking a visible hex resolves to that exact hex.
[ ] Clicking a visible stone resolves to that exact stone.
[ ] Touch targets remain forgiving on mobile.
[ ] Undo restores the previous board and Echo Piece status.
[ ] Coordinates, ring labels, Show legal moves and AI debug still work.
[ ] Rules and Feedback tabs do not reset the current game.
[ ] Printable rules PDF opens and describes v2.10.0.
